I did it. After a long time, I did something for the first time. I participated in a free aerial silks class. I am happy I was willing to try something so new, something I was not sure of, something I had never seen in my life. It was a good one hour class, which was loads of fun and a great work out. Loved trying something new and challenging myself. A happy healthy soul I am :-)
